RETURNS - GENERAL
Clean Waves has a 28-day returns and exchanges policy. All items must be returned new, unused and with their original packaging within 28 days of your order.
Email cleanwaves@parley.tv within 28 days of your order outlining the nature of your return or exchange. Please include your order number and postal address within the email.
In order to ensure no non-recyclable materials enter the returns process, Clean Waves will send you a Returns Toolkit within seven working days in order to ship your product back to us.
Clean Waves is a circular brand. At the end-of-use, we invite you to send back your product for recycling. You will receive 10% off your next purchase and help end the cycle of waste.
All Clean Waves sunglasses are made from high quality materials including Barberini Platinum Glass™, ZEISS lenses and Parley Ocean Plastic® to ensure a long and happy life. When you return for recycling, the frames and polyamide lenses can be turned into new sunglasses.

We offer free shipping worldwide
Our goal is to process and ship your order on the business day of receipt of payment or the next business day at the latest. The estimated delivery time from departure from our warehouse facility is 1-3 business days.
As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Parley Supply, LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs regulations, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated transit times can only be given as a rough guideline and apply from the date of shipment.
